Surprising my mother for her 50th birthday at House Arundel was magical. Judith and Meinte went above and beyond, decorating our room with birthday balloons and preparing delicious homemade vegan croissants.

The fridge-cooled water was very welcome, while noise from karaoke at night was bothersome.

Had a lovely stay, friendly hosts made us feel right at home. The decor adds great character. Earplugs were a nice touch, but noise from the room above woke us up early. Breakfast was delightful, especially the homemade jam.

i surprised my mom for her 50th bday and house arundel was the best choice! it’s a stunning b&b with so much charm. judith and meinte are super friendly hosts and made our stay really special with cute touches like birthday balloons 🎈 in our room and delicious homemade vegan croissants for breakfast. the room was so comfy, we slept like babies in that big bed! cant wait to come back! ! :)
only issue was no parking on site, which was kinda annoying, and the nearest car park was a bit weird.

We had a lovely time here and enjoyed the homemade jam along with the beautifully decorated room. The breakfast was delightful, and we loved relaxing in the cozy common area and strolling through the charming garden. The only slight drawback was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really take away from our experience. ☕

Amazing stay with great vibes!
Spent 2 nights here and loved every minute! The manager was super helpful, offering tips for exploring the town. The breakfast was a highlight—cooked right there and so tasty! The only thing I missed was a quick coffee service in the afternoon, but the overall chill vibe more than made up for it.

The Deluxe Queen Room offered a charming, vintage feel with unique decor that adds character to the stay. The room's layout was cozy and inviting, perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a romantic getaway.
Very thin walls allowed for quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, and the creaky floorboards added to the ambiance but were somewhat disruptive at times. Parking posed a challenge, especially on busy nights. however, if you're okay with a bit of a stroll, free spaces can be found nearby. the breakfast venue didn't mesh well with the hotel's overall vibe, and the second breakfast option was closed on certain days, which might be inconvenient for some.

It was just a proper fit for a stopover in Arundel with definitely value for money. The bed was huge and very comfy, perfect for a long night's sleep. For shorter folks, a step might make getting into the tall bed easier.
